KEFIR

KEFIR GRAINS are one of my favourite foods for the past few years, the cauliflower looking grains are home to more than 27 strains of gut loving probiotic bacteria! They are used to inoculate milk to create a slightly sour, and tangy drinking yoghurt. A healthy gut micro biome is important as it supports immunity, maintains metabolism and keep the mind alert. If you live local and want to try some for yourself let me know, the grains are constantly growing, my dogs will miss having the surplus but we’re all happy to share :-). ‪
